Career Path: At 15, Tiffany landed her first job in the restaurant business at International House of Pancakes (IHOP). By the time she was17 years old, Tiffany was the youngest person to ever be in management at IHOP. After high school she went to pursue her culinary education at the Art Institute of Houston. In addition to culinary school, she mastered her seafood skills while working at Pesce restaurant in Houston. Tiffany became Sous Chef at Grotto Cucina Napolitano then moved to Dallas where she taught at the Art Institute of Dallas Culinary School. In 2008 she was named Executive Chef at Go Fish Ocean Club in North Dallas.
